finished with Madeira wine sauce.
Seafood Brodetto – Clams, shrimp, calamari, mussels in a lite plum tomato sauce over linguine.
Shrimp and Scallop Parpadelle – Sautéed with asparagus, Crimini mushrooms ~ creamy tarragon cognac pink sauce finished with shaved Reggiano
